Admission TimelinePriority Sibling Admission: Beginning September 23, 2024, siblings will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.Prospective Student Early Admission: September 23, 2024 – January 10, 2025Acceptances will be sent by February 7, 2025.Prospective Student Rolling Admission: January 11, 2025, through the 2025-2026 School YearAcceptances will be sent after February 7, 2025, on a space available basis.Educational Assessment: Prospective students, grades K-8, must complete an educational assessment. Assessment dates will be determined by each school.
- Grades K-2: Written & Oral Assessments
- Grades 3-8: Star Math & Reading Assessments & Writing Prompt
Acceptance Guidelines:- Siblings of current students
- Students whose families are registered at the host parish (if applicable)
- Students from feeder parishes
- Non-Catholic students
Transfer Students: It is the expectation of the Catholic Schools Office that administrators communicate when a student from another Utah Catholic School applies for admission. This communication should take place prior to the applicant completing the educational assessment and being accepted.

Application InformationApplication Information:
To be considered for enrollment, all applicants, PreSchool - 8th Grade, need to complete the online application: https://dos-ut.client.renweb.com/oa/register.cfm?memberid=17586, submit the following documents and pay the non-refundable $50 application fee:- State Issued Birth Certificate
- Updated Immunization Record (In accordance with Diocesan Policy, schools in the Catholic Diocese of Salt Lake City do not accept personal or religious immunization exemptions. A medical exemption must be obtained from the student's pediatrician and must be on the practice’s letterhead. The student’s pediatrician must be licensed to practice in the State of Utah and maintain a medical practice in the State of Utah.
- Baptismal Certificate, if applicable
- Most Recent Report Card, Grades 1-8'
- Educational/Diagnostic/Evaluative Testing Results/IEP/504, if applicable
- Custodial Documentation, if applicable
In addition, applicants, Grades K-8, need to complete an educational assessment, which will be administered as determined by each school.
