  The Diocese of Salt Lake City invites organizations and individuals engaged in missionary work to apply for participation in our annual Mission Cooperative Appeal. This Appeal provides an opportunity for missionaries to share their work and seek prayerful and financial support from the Catholic faithful of our Diocese.
  
  You are encouraged to use this form to tell us about your mission, your needs, and how your ministry aligns with the Church’s call to evangelization and service, especially among the poor and marginalized.
