Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 11 a.m. at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 2315 Redondo Avenue, Salt Lake City, with a luncheon to follow.

On Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1375 Spring Lane, Salt Lake City, there will be a rosary at 4:30 p.m. followed by a vigil at 5 p.m. and a reception and Celebration of Life at 6 p.m.

A Celebration of Life will be on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 8, 2026, with a funeral Mass to follow at 11 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 300 East 11800 South, Draper. Committal service along with military honors will follow at Utah Veterans Cemetery & Memorial Park, 17111 South Camp Williams Road, Bluffdale.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2026 from 4 until 6 p.m. at Starks Funeral Parlor, 3651 South 900 East, Salt Lake City. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 1 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Madeleine, 309 E. South Temple, Salt Lake City. Interment to follow at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 275 U St., Salt Lake City.

A viewing will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026, 10-11 a.m. at Saint Ann Catholic Church, 450 East 2100 South, Salt Lake City. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m.
