  Registration includes access to Keynote addresses, breakout sessions, lunch, exhibits, and Mass.

  The Consent to Participate form must be completed and signed by your parent/guardian to allow you entrance to the event. It includes submitting emergency contact information, allergy notification, medical release and more.
