Eileen is a coffee enthusiast who relocated to Utah from Los Angeles, California in the summer of 2024. She has a deep love for the outdoors and finds great joy in admiring the beauty of God’s creation all around her.

She is passionate about helping others recognize the beauty of God’s work and loves sharing her faith with everyone she encounters. What she treasures most about the Catholic faith is the intentional beauty and purpose woven into every detail—each one thoughtfully created to draw us closer to God, to love Him more deeply, and to share in His goodness.
