Vincent Romero November 22, 1989 ~ September 10, 2026 A shining light in the world went dim with the passing of Gregory Vincent Romero on September 10, 2026, in Holladay, Utah. Born to Greg and Lori Romero on November 22, 1989, Vincent spent his early years in West Jordan, where he was a doting big brother to Brooke. He attended The Madeleine Choir School, St. Francis Xavier Elementary, and Juan Diego Catholic High School, where he played football. He continued his football career at Dixie State University before ultimately graduating from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication. Vincent was a loyal Utah Utes fan and a faithful fan of the Dallas Cowboys. An online dating app in 2014 led him to the love of his life, Nadia. He would always tell her, "I love you with my whole heart." They were married in 2017 and were blessed with two beautiful children, Lorenzo (3) and Edilea (1). His greatest life accomplishment was being an incredible father. His children were the center of his universe and there was no gesture too grand or sacrifice too great for him to make for them. Professionally, Vincent built a remarkable career as an account executive across the consumer packaged goods, broadcast media and tech industries. His genuine gift for connecting with clients and expanding business earned him widespread recognition and numerous awards. Vincent was an avid traveler, and he never met a stranger. On his travels, he often sent postcards back to family and friends. When he entered a room, he shook everyone’s hand and made sure all felt seen. He fostered a growing number of friendships that eventually became his second family. One of his core principles was to see the good in people and to make sure they knew they were treasured and appreciated. The art of handwritten notes wasn't lost on Vincent, and he often spent hours writing thank-you cards. Vincent loved sneakers, specifically Nike Air Jordans, but his first true love was books. He had a genuine appreciation for literature, and he wanted his children to experience the joy of reading and to see books as a way to discover new ideas and exciting worlds. He loved spending time playing golf with his grandfather, father, uncles, and cousins. An avid outdoorsman, Vincent found joy in being surrounded by nature, snowboarding, hiking, and camping. His gift to the world was his ability to connect with anyone, and that extended to his political affiliations, where he often spoke up for the voiceless. He was deeply engaged in both political and social issues, serving as a devoted advocate for human rights and conservation efforts. Later in his life, Vincent found a new passion for running marathons. For Vincent, his membership in District Running Collective in Washington, DC and Movers and Pacers in Atlanta, GA was never just about running but the deep friendships he created. Vincent is survived by his loving wife, Nadia; his beloved children, Lorenzo and Edilea; his parents, Greg and Lori; his sister, Brooke; his loyal dog, Xena; and countless family and friends.
