Iolanda Rinetti was born on July 2, 1915 to Cesare and Rita Rinetti in Salt Lake City. She attended St. Mary of the Wasatch from first grade through college. Growing up in Salt Lake City, she worked at her father's restaurant, the Rotisserie Inn. On April 17, 1941, Iolanda married Andrew John Brennan at the Cathedral of the Madeleine. The Salt Lake Tribune, Friday, April 18, 1941 reports, "Popular Couple Takes Vows at Cathedral Ceremony....The young couple were married at a nuptial Mass at the Cathedral of the Madeleine, Thursday Morning, by the Rt. Rev. Monsignor A. F. Giovannoni in the presence of members of the immediate families. Miss Adelaide Rinetti, sister of the bride, was her only attendant, and James Alton Callahan was the bridegroom's best man. A wedding breakfast followed the ceremony at the Rotisserie Inn, 323 South Main Street. The bride is a graduate of the Academy and College of St. Mary of the Wasatch. Mr. Brennan is a graduate of the University of Portland and the University of Utah school of law. The young couple plan to make their home in Salt Lake City following a short honeymoon."
She died on July 22, 2015 in Soda Springs, Idaho.
